Pre and Post Care for Micro-Needling

Pre Micro-Needling

1. No Anti-Wrinkle within last 2 weeks

2. No dermal fillers within last 4 weeks

3. No recent sun exposure

4. Stop using topical retinol 3 days before treatment

5. Do not exfoliate 1 week prior to treatment 

6. Must not have active cold sore 

7. Must not have had waxing, laser or IPL in the area 48 hours prior 

8. Skin must be prepared with prescribed product from your therapist

Post Micro-Needling

1. Use post care product recommended by your therapist

2. Do Not apply makeup 24 hours post needling

3. Avoid actives such as Retinol, tretinoin, glycolic & salicylic acids, benzoyl peroxide 72 hours post-treatment

4. Use a broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen, minimum SPF30+

5. Do not exfoliate 3 days post treatment

6. Avoid pools, saunas, spas, hot tubs & excessive exercise 24 hours post treatment

7. Avoid touching your skin 

8. Use recommended homecare products
